JDK Cleaning will always create a detailed audit that we will leave with you providing a breakdown of prices for different aspects / areas that need cleaning, providing scope for more attention to be paid to specific areas if needed. All you need to do is tick boxes which apply to areas that need cleaning for each property and send through daily. We will then pick the keys up, clean the property and return the keys the same day where possible. Alternatively, we can view a property and provide an on the spot quote and have cleaners in there the same day where possible. We also offer a rubbish removal service, removing and disposing of any rubbish left behind by the students.

We offer a simple quote and invoice system, and this will be emailed to you directly before and after the clean is completed. To maintain the impeccable standards we promise to set, we also offer a whole host of Mid-Tenancy Student Accommodation cleaning services throughout the academic year.
