During the first three months of 2022, JDK Cleaning is pleased to announce that the company has enjoyed unprecedented growth, with turnover increasing by 25% compared to the final quarter of 2021.
This growth is in line with JDK’s strategic development objectives which include expanding its specialist services including post-construction and end-of-tenancy cleaning contracts as well as continuing to provide support to a number of venues in the hospitality sector.
Recent Developments
In addition to maintaining a number of key commercial accounts, including Oldwalls where JDK Cleaning has been providing cleaning services for the past five years, the company has also secured the following new business:
Post-construction and sparkle cleans at Trekko Bay in Porthcawl for Callingtons Construction. JDK Cleaning secured this work having delivered a first-class service for Callingtons at the Stratford Armouries museum in Warwickshire Builders and sparkle clean at a large, new Indian restaurant in Bridgend
Contract cleaning for Wales and West Housing Association in housing communal areas in Swansea, Bridgend and Maesteg.
Over the coming months, JDK Cleaning will also be delivering after-tenancy cleans for a number of local letting agencies as students move out. The company will also be delivering the turn-around clean of student accommodation at the Coppergate site on the Kingsway on behalf of Prime Living.
