Super Clean for new Swansea Superbowl

The site of Swansea’s newest entertainment venue, Superbowl, opened its doors on York Street at the

former Aspers Casino site last week with the help of JDK Cleaning.

The venue has been completely reworked inside and now houses a 14-lane bowling alley, toddler soft play area, SEGA Prize Zone Arcade, along Ninja Tag assault course and a restaurant.  The JDK Cleaning team was contracted to carry out the post refurbishment clean of the venue to get it gleaming and sparkling ready to welcome the public.

Turnaround of the contract was extremely quick. Within just seven days we had received a request to quote, carried out a site survey, submitted our quote and completed the clean with team of four cleaners, working a 16- hour shift through the night.

JDK Cleaning was able to meet this tight timescale due to the in-depth site visit we had already conducted which gave us a clear picture of how long the job would take and the staffing required.  As it was an overnight job, we were able to slot our cleaning team around other regular client commitments.   The team of four started working at 8 pm on Tuesday, 16th October and the clean was completed early the following morning.  This efficiency of service was aided by the Superbowl contractors and installation teams adhering to their critical path.

Says JDK Cleaning MD, Jack Kelleher, “The Superbowl contract demonstrated another super effort from the team at JDK Cleaning.  Working to a launch date and time is always hard as we are reliant on all the other traders to complete their work.  This job was well planned from the outset so we just went and cleaned up!”
